Responsibilities:
To supervise and monitor the Sales team’s production and daily sales activities;

To promote and develop room and Food & Beverage business for the hotel on a daily basic;

Identifies potential prospects for building up business relationship;

Maintains good business relationship with existing clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they are receiving from the hotel and to bring and adverse comments to the attention of the Management;

Handles objections and complaints in the way that do not affect the interests of both the clients and hotel;

Observes the market situation and competitors performance and responses accordingly whenever necessary;

Performs any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Hotel Management preferable;

Minimum 3 years’ hotel working experience in Sales Department, at least 1 year as a Sales Manager with knowledge in travel agents or corporate sales;

Good team player with proactive and collaborative manner;

Positive attitude to drive results and achieve target;

Strong communication and presentation skills.
