We partner with communities and governments in Asia to provide young children with responsive care and safe and nurturing learning environments by training, mentoring and supporting the adult caregivers in their lives.
We are passionately focused on meeting the needs of individual children while pursuing the broader goal of helping transform systems of care so that all young children can thrive.
· Since our founding in 1998, One Sky has trained and supported the caregivers of young children in low-resourced communities in Asia, ages 0-8, who have been orphaned, abandoned, left behind, or impacted by migration.
· During our first 20 years, we helped transform the lives of tens of thousands of children’s lives in Chinese welfare institutions by training adults to provide them with nurturing care. Based on that experience, we realized we had a model for supporting vulnerable young children throughout Asia.
· While supporting institutionalized children in mainland China remains at the heart of our work, we have expanded to benefit even more children in need through partnerships with the governments of Vietnam and Mongolia and the opening of the P.C Lee One Sky Global Centre for Early Childhood Development in Hong Kong, SAR.

Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer
Location: From an Asia base, remote working, preferably in Hong Kong or Singapore.
Job Overview:
One Sky is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and organized individual to design, plan and implement fundraising strategy for the global partnership team and manage our corporate and foundation giving in Asia. You are an excellent communicator, have a track record in building and maintaining donor relationships and oversee a pipeline of funders based predominately in Hong Kong and Singapore. You will be an expert at cultivating new relationships and stewarding long term supporters. You will lead the global partnerships team and ensure each project or program meets proposal conditions and reporting expectations.
Job responsibilities:
· In collaboration with the Head of Global Development (overseeing individual giving) and under the guidance of the Chief Partnership Officer, work toward achieving One Sky’s annual funding goals.
· Design and implement One Sky’s foundation and corporate fundraising plan.
· Stay abreast of One Sky’s programs and priorities to identify opportunities to secure additional funding, to share updates with donors, and to engage donors in programmatic work.
· Maintain relations with One Sky’s current foundation and corporate funders via exceptional stewardship.
· Achieve opportunities for One Sky to submit proposals to foundation and corporate funders.
· Interact regularly with Programs, Finance, and MEAL staff across all countries to ensure accurate and consistent messaging and data in One Sky funding pitches, proposals and reports.
· Oversee the Director of Partnerships and collaborate to grow an extensive pipeline of prospective foundation and corporate funders.
· Oversee the Grants Manager to develop and submit competitive and compelling proposals, reports, budgets, and supporting materials by their due dates.
· Oversee the Grant Manager in utilizing the grant management system in salesforce, ensuring grant reporting and monitoring schedules are maintained.
· Represent the organization at conferences and events as requested.
· Undertake any additional duties that may, from time to time, be necessary and compatible with the nature of this role.
Job requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field
· Over 10 years’ experience in generating income from individual, trust, foundations, and corporate partnerships
· Proven success in fundraising planning and implementation to secure high-level corporate and foundation giving to meet annual funding goals
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills
· Comfort working across multiple cultures and travelling
· Fluency in English, and proficiency in Chinese is an asset
