Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including:
Recruitment & Selection: Lead sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new employees.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Training and Development: Develop and coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
HR Operations and Staffing: Ensure efficient HR operations and effectively manage staffing needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure the HR database is up to date.
Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff and assist in their professional development.
Support other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, preferably within the banking industry, with strong recruitment experience.
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and capable of Chinese Word Processing.
Proficient in document writing with strong writing skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Short notice availability is preferred.
