We are looking for merchandising talents with apparel/garment background joining our TAL family. The incumbent shall provide one-stop merchandising services to designated customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Factory Customer Service and Material Sourcing to develop suitable products for targeted customers
Communicate customers’ taste, workmanship and finishing requirements to Factory CS to ensure customers’ expectations are realized. Communicate customers’ specifications to CS and confirm their understanding as needed
Provide Sales with necessary information for sales offer preparation, to assist Factory CS in preparation for the bulk order and after-sales servicing where necessary
Provide costings for responsible product categories and perform order checking
Monitor bulk production and handle quality control to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders by properly balancing interests of all parties

Key Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Fashion & Textile
3 years or above relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel & garment industry
Sound experience on costing preparation and sensitive to numbers and good in mathematics
Strong communication skills with good customer services manner
Good team player with positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and meet dead-lines
Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Willing to travel
(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.)
