Reporting to the HR Director based in Hong Kong, the job holder is responsible for core talent acquisition activities.
Key Accountabilities
Sourcing
Actively build sourcing capability through the development of various recruitment channels
Keep up to date on the labour market, competitor intelligence, assess implications of market trends and advise key stakeholders.
Actively build and promote the TAL employer brand.
Working closely with stakeholders to develop a strong employee value proposition to attract quality talent.
Develop and build out talent mapping capability in a systematic manner.
Source candidates for new and replacement positions timely.
Recruitment
Working closely with HR peer to ensure that new & replacement positions are actioned in a timely and effective manner.
Screen all applications, including initial applicant contact and build out a pool of applicants for interviewing.
Ensure all applicants are kept up to date on the status of their applications in timely and professional manner.
Coordinate and arrange interviews with the hiring manger and HR peer
Manage and supervise technical assessment process for all applicants.
Provide regular and timely reports on key TA metrics , including reporting on applicant feedback to core stakeholders.
Selection
Support to gather all required information to proceed to employment offer stage, including compensation history and reference checking.
Management Trainee and Management Executive Program
Drive and coordinate promotion, advertising, and sourcing activities to ensure a strong pool of applicants is built.
Manage and lead the applicant screening process, including initial screening interview and SHL requirements.
Support with employment offer process.
Act as key contact for all applicants ensure they kept up to date on applications status in timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
Good working knowledge of the labour market trends.
Proven ability to manage all aspects of Talent Acquisition, sourcing, recruitment, and selection.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in partnering with business units and functions on matters pertaining to Talent Acquisition.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
