Role Purpose

Provide reliable and efficient people administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team;
Support end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to the following:
- Mass recruitment (cabin crew & cockpit crew)
- Interview scheduling and room arrangements
- Application of work visa for overseas candidates
- Mass recruitment contract issuance
- P-file Management
Support recruitment activities and company events such as Career Fair and Campus Recruitment;
Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese languages, with excellent creative writing ability;
A good team player who is collaborative and enjoys sharing ideas;
Well-organized, detail-minded, independent, and able to multi-task.
