Role Purpose
  • Provide reliable and efficient people administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to the following:
    • Mass recruitment (cabin crew & cockpit crew)
    • Interview scheduling and room arrangements
    • Application of work visa for overseas candidates
    • Mass recruitment contract issuance
    • P-file Management
  • Support recruitment activities and company events such as Career Fair and Campus Recruitment;
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese languages, with excellent creative writing ability;
  • A good team player who is collaborative and enjoys sharing ideas;
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, independent, and able to multi-task.
