We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Officer – Compensation & Benefits to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Compensation & Benefits functions, including payroll calculations, MPF, medical benefits, and taxation administration
Independently handling matters related to Employees' Compensation
Compiling monthly analysis reports on metrics such as rolling rates, staff retention ratios, and payroll summaries
Supervising and reviewing the tasks executed by PNC Teammates
Addressing internal staff inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
Updating and maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS)
Assisting in conducting annual salary reviews and bonus assessments
Researching and updating HR market information, including competitor analysis
Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Skills and Expertise:
Associate degree / Degree holder or higher in a relevant field of study
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
Proficiency in the Employment Ordinance and Employees’ Compensation Ordinance; Familiarity with other relevant regulations such as Data Privacy and Discrimination laws
Strong expertise and experience in managing employee compensation cases are essential
Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Officer position
Immediate availability is highly preferred
