Senior Officer, Project Coordination
CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
- Provide support in monitoring the progress and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any contractual, administrative and construction issues relevant to the government entrusted works;
- Provide support in the production of the progress dashboard reporting, presentation and relevant statistical reports;
- Provide support and participate in the coordination of construction support facilities, including contract administration, reports compilation, enquiries handling etc.;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, licensees, services provider, contractors and other services contacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Business Studies / Communication / Public Relations or related discipline;
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in business development / project administration / corporate communications / public relations or related areas in a sizable organization, preferably construction related;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- A good team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Self-motivated, proactive, hard-working, good liaison/communication skills and result-oriented
