Senior Operation Officer, Standards & Service Delivery

- Assist in the management of airfield related publications, including but not limited to the Aerodrome Manual and Airport Operations Manual, in accordance with Civil Aviation Department (CAD) Aerodrome Licensing requirement
- Manage the database for statistics and performance monitoring purposes under CAD Aerodrome Licensing requirement (e.g., risk assessment registry, aircraft ground incident registry, etc.)
- Coordinate various meetings and audits with CAD, airlines and franchisees, such as incident investigation panel meetings and external audits, etc
- Assist in the organization of the aircraft crash and rescue exercise
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related disciplines with at least 3 years' working experience
- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Proactive, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
- Possess valid HK driving license is an advantage
