Our client is a well-known and well-established insurance company, and they are working on varies projects. Hence, the team is looking for a (Senior) Programme Manager to oversee the New Business Transformation programme.

Responsibilities:
Strategize, implement, and maintain the programme that adhere to company’s business objectives
Set up project goals and oversee multiple projects under the corporate standards
Manage project resources and project budgeting to maximise the productivity
Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within the New Business (NB) Transformation Program
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal parties
Lead a team of 10 - 15 people and advise team members on project execution

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other business-related subjects
At least 15 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably from the insurance industry
Solid knowledge in New Business, Underwriting or other transformation programme will be an advantage
A proactive and detail-minded team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
