Senior Project Executive, Service Promotion (Entertainment Industry)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organization promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professional to join our Service Promotion Department.
Responsibilities:
- To assist project managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events related to Entertainment Industry
- To recruit exhibitors and participants for trade promotional projects
- To provide logistic support for trade promotional projects, including assisting in liaisons with external vendors, as well as internal departments and branch offices
- To handle enquiries of event participants and undertake on-site duties
- To liaise and maintain good relations with working partners and industry associations
- To undertake administrative duties as and when necessary
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years' solid experience in sales/ project management and event organising is preferred
- Solid prior experience in sales, business development and/or event management will be an advantage
- Proactive, self-initiated and detail-minded
- Mature, creative, with team spirit
- Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
