Senior Research Assistant in the Division of Cardiology

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate research activities for Cardiology Division
- Conduct clinical trials
- Collect medical data, contact patients and handle clinical specimen
- Provide support to clinical investigators and researchers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A Master’s degree or above, preferably in Medical Science, Biology or related fields, with at least 1 year's post-qualification experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- a strong sense of responsibility
- good communication and collaboration skills
- an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 2-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave, medical benefits and free access to on-campus gyms and libraries.
