For over 40 years, our wholesale subsidiary Hing Fat Flower Wholesales Ltd has been importing from over 20 countries worldwide, supplying a wide range of fresh cut flowers, foliage and accessories to many high-end boutique florists, 5 star hotels and casino resorts in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Our retail subsidiaries HF Flora, Pacific Petals, Hing Fat Flower Market and Hing Fresh Global Sourcing; caters to different needs across multiple market segments, offering competitive fresh produce and unique floral services.
To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a high-calibre and energetic individual to join our winning team.
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Operations Executive, who is highly self-motivated to cope with our diverse business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:

Report to the Sales Manager, responsible for all rounded sales and operation functions for to achieve business objectives
Support sales and operations (online and offline) related activities such as Sales kits preparation, quotation preparation, order status update, invoicing, regular business review, handle enquiries and complaints
Develop and drive new business opportunities, maintain good relationship with existing and new potential customers
Manage membership records and after sales services
Client visits and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably, at least 5 years relevant working experience in sales, CS, marketing, E-commerce or related discipline.
Good sense in luxury products
Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented with strong business acumen
Strong selling technique, creative, independent, able to meet deadlines
Self-managed individual with dynamic personality
Excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Chinese WP, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & MS Outlook
Working location is Mongkok

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive
Immediate available and knowledge of wedding service is highly preferred
Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
