Responsibilities

Handle full set document and operation for import shipments, including normal and special cargoes

Handle import declaration

Coordinate with overseas branches, liners, shippers & sub-contractors

Follow up shipment status and schedule

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

F.5 or above

1 - 2 years experiences in logistics or freight forwarding industry would be an advantage

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin

Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently

Immediately available is highly preferred
