Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for cloud application architecture, solutions, and development. Maintain industry best practices to create scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead the creation of solution architectures considering business needs and technology limitations, with the selection of technology standards, describe configuration paradigms, and identify demand for the reference architecture.
• Lead technology changes in architecture development, roadmaps, and blueprints.
• Advice and guidance provided to developers on quality control processes and standards to ensure that technical work was undertaken to adhere to the IT Policy and relevant security controls.
• Act as an architectural expert in providing advice on technical and risk aspects in adopting new technology including Cloud Computing, App Development, Data Fabric, AI/ML etc.
• Define enterprise architectural design pattern, service design frameworks well connected with the existing systems.
• Engage with project teams to support the Architecture standards and solutions

Job Requirements

• 10 years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including solution architecture, application development, database/datalake management or AI/ML solution operations etc.
• Demonstrate expertise in cloud architecture and implementation patterns
• Demonstrate experiences in web app and/or mobile app development
• Demonstrate experiences of Dev Ops tool chains and processes
• Broad technology knowledge across applications, data platforms, ML models, network, security, etc.
• Experience on large scale complex projects, and cross-functional problem-solving, etc.
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cloud Architect certification is highly preferred
• Excellent Communications skills in English; Chinese is preferred
• Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
