We are looking for a Store & Receiving Officer based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Store & Receiving Officer, we rely on you to:
Keep the store room clean, and prepare in store inventory for audit
Be thoroughly familiar with all spare parts requirement and specifications for all equipment installed in hotel
Store and monitor the expensive equipment for the use of engineering staff
Prepare purchase requests and follow up
Be responsible for warehouse receiving, inspection, inventory organization and other related procedures
Keep accurate record of all material transactions through the computerized stores control system
保持倉庫整潔,準備倉庫貨存以作審核
清楚酒店内所有器材的零件要求及規格
保存並看管貴重器材的使用,以備工程部使用
採購並跟進訂單
負責貨倉收貨、驗貨、整理存貨等程序
於電腦系統準確地記錄所有交易

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
Familiar with Microsoft Office and systems
Responsible and detail-minded team player
Good command in written English and Chinese
最少一年相關工作經驗, 具酒店行業經驗優先
熟悉相關電腦系統
有責任心、細心
良好中文、英文
