The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of services to students and the implementation of integrated co-curricular learning programmes in support of the whole-person development of students of the University. The appointee will work in the Student Experience and Residential Life Division of the OSA and help promote Diversity and Inclusion and cultivate an inclusive environment within our campus community.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for events and programmes aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion on campus, with a particular focus on the annual Equal Opportunities Awareness Campaign and the LU Inclusion Ambassador Programme
• Liaise with internal units and external parties to implement initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion
• Prepare promotional materials for programmes and activities related to diversity and inclusion
• Work outside normal office hours (including weekends) when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least two years of relevant working experience in tertiary education sector
• A good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
