Responsibilities:
Provide quality over-the-counter customer service

Handle customer enquiries

Support the branch operation

Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:
Degree holder with min. 1 years of relevant experience in a banking industry

Customer-oriented with good communication skills

Sensitivity to figures, detail minded

Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
