Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of the Team’s operation.
Ensure registrations of all kinds of limits, including credit limit, market risk limit, etc. in a timely manner with accuracy.
Manage end-to-end credit control operations to ensure adherence to internal procedures & regulatory requirements, application requirement and timely reporting and data integrity.
Ensure strict adherence to Service Legal Agreements in BAU.
Monitor the implementation of appropriate procedures and solutions to enhance the credit control efficiency.
Supervise and provide guidelines to subordinates to complete their assigned duties efficiently and ensure the accuracy.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations and System Teams to create/enhance the workflows by automation.
Maintain a strong partnership with Marketing Departments and other Operations Departments for day-to-day collaboration and procedure enhancements.
Perform other job duties such as ad-hoc reports or projects, etc. as assigned by Department Head from time to time.

Job Requirements:

University graduate/territory education with minimum 10 years of working experience in credit control.
Knowledge in financing structure is required and strong awareness of compliance and internal credit controls in banking sector.
Detailed oriented, able to multi-tasks and work under pressure and deadlines.
Advanced analytical skills applicable to streamlining operational processes and improving productivity and efficiency.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence changes cross-functionally.
Mature, proactive and able to work independently.
Good command of written and spoken English.
