- Develop and execute the information security strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, particularly in the context of Web3 technologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks associated with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Create and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the incident response team to identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents. Establish protocols for effective communication during security breaches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and compliance, to integrate security practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Implement training programs to raise awareness of security best practices among employees and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party security vendors and partners, ensuring the services align with security objectives.
- Stay informed of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the Web3 space, ensuring the organization meets all necessary standards.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per month
