Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute the information security strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, particularly in the context of Web3 technologies.
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks associated with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Create and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Lead the incident response team to identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents. Establish protocols for effective communication during security breaches.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and compliance, to integrate security practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Implement training programs to raise awareness of security best practices among employees and stakeholders.
Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party security vendors and partners, ensuring the services align with security objectives.
Stay informed of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the Web3 space, ensuring the organization meets all necessary standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per month
