Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth day-to-day security operation

Lead the security team to work closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations and special events.

Review existing processes and procedures, and enhancing the same as and when required.

Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, support different departments' activities.

Coaching the security team to provide outstanding service to client and visitors.

Conduct investigation to incidents complaints and illegal cases. Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or above in security management is preferred

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the security industry, at least 2 years at supervisory level

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

Prior experience working in disciplinary forces

Working day : 5-day work per week.

Working place: Head office, Shop & warehouse centre
