Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Web3 Community Manager to join our team. Based in Hong Kong, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home while being the driving force behind our community's growth and engagement on Telegram and Twitter. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and local event participation. Additionally, you will seek partnerships and collaborations with other Web3 organizations to enhance brand awareness and foster strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community on Telegram and Twitter.
• Actively manage and participate in community discussions, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and informative content for social media posts that resonate with our community and reflect our brand values.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely updates across platforms.

Event Participation:

• Represent the company at local events and meetups to build relationships with community members and industry leaders.
• Organize and participate in AMAs, webinars, and other events to engage with the community and promote our brand.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other Web3 organizations to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Collaborate with industry influencers and key community members to amplify our reach.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• Interest or knowledge in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is a must.
• Previous experience in community management or social media management is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Web3 industry is a definite advantage.

Skills:

• Native English Speaker
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Ability to manage and grow online communities effectively.
• Event management and networking skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Telegram and Twitter.
