Overview:We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the full M&A process, from target analysis to post-acquisition integration. This role demands strong project management skills, financial expertise, and strategic insight to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring, and will be adept at managing stakeholder communications, presenting investment cases internally, and negotiating with external parties to drive successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for prospective M&A opportunities, including conducting market research, performing fundamental analysis and constructing financial models
Lead end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, post-acquisition integration plan, transaction document negotiation & drafting and closing. Manage and work with external advisors where relevant
Contribute to internal approval and reporting process by drafting investment memo/investment analysis report, communicating with & managing internal stakeholders, presenting to management team and following upon comments
Work with both internal and external parties for post-acquisition management and integration implementation
Support investment origination by keeping track of industry trends, updating potential acquisition list and building sector knowledge & network overtime
Conduct in-depth research on selected topics as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, law or related discipline
Possess professional qualifications such as CPA/CFA/CAIA/FRM is preferred
5-10 years’ experiences in strategic investments, VC, private equity, investment banking or corporate finance advisory / global accounting industry
Sector expertise in Web 3, Web 2 or internet / tech industry preferred
Strong research, financial modelling and presentation skills
Proficient in written & spoken English and Mandarin
