Listing Operations Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Listing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at OSL. This role is pivotal in managing the listing process for new tokens, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth operations across various departments.
Key Challenges
- Process Optimization: Drive the compliance and development processes to facilitate rapid and efficient token listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trending tokens in various markets, ensuring we stay ahead of user interests and demand.
- Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with compliance and security teams to complete the necessary approvals for token listings, ensuring all processes meet regulatory standards.
- Liquidity Management: Communicate effectively regarding liquidity provisions and parameter configurations to guarantee a seamless listing process.
Must-Have Requirements
- Listing Experience: Proven experience in listing-related roles within the cryptocurrency or fintech industries.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance processes and experience working with wallets and asset management.
- Bilingual Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, essential for liaising with international teams and stakeholders.
