We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop business opportunities and client networks globally, including Hong Kong and Macau

Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management

Develop new markets through strategic initiatives

Review and analyze market trends and scalability to help determine proper wholesale business strategies in each region

Account Management:
Foster strong relationships with clients (both online and offline)

Collaborate with Customer Service Department to maintain client satisfaction

Oversee order fulfillment processes for seamless operations

Website Operations:
Review and approval for online clients’ applications

Analyze product performance and enhance active listings on platform

Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and implement effective sales and pricing strategies

Marketing Channel:
Manage Search Engine Marketing tools and related marketing budget

Coordinate EDM promotions targeting specific client groups

Other Responsibilities:
Assist in various projects to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive consumer experience

Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:
4+ years managing B2B/Wholesale accounts, meeting sales targets; less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Wholesale Manager roles

Diploma or higher in Marketing/Business/e Commerce or related fields

Experience with e Commerce backend systems is beneficial

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Capable of working independently and under pressure, while fostering teamwork to achieve company objectives
