POSITION SUMMARY:
SEATH & Regional Wholesale business segments include Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau markets, as well as key regional wholesale accounts (including Distributor markets, off price, fashion accounts, travel retail, and wholesale e Commerce).

The role of Director, Finance, SEATH & Regional Wholesale has overall responsibility to lead the business unit finance organization in ensuring SEATH & Regional Wholesale financial health and stability. This includes providing strategic financial guidance to SVP, SEATH & Regional Wholesale (business unit head), market General Managers, and Functional leaders, overseeing accounting operations to ensure accounting activities and reports with full compliance, leading 3-5 years long-range strategic financial planning, annual budget and monthly estimates, and on strategic projects to drive sustainable and profitable growth for SEATH & Regional Wholesale.

This position will manage overall Retail, Ecom and Wholesale business planning and analysis, as well as the working capital, such as cashflow, Capex investment, and inventory management. The roles and responsibilities are diversified and sophisticated, support SEATH & Regional Wholesale management team to make business decision in such a dynamic unified commerce marketplace. At the same time as the key window to APAC Regional Finance team to coordinate all financial planning and analysis processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Lead the SEATH & Regional Wholesale Finance & Accounting, market finance teams of Hong Kong/Taiwan/Singapore/Malaysia, and collaborate with APAC Regional Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Internal Control and Compliance teams.
  
• Lead all accounting/finance matters in the region to ensure meeting statutory, US GAAP and compliance requirement and Regional/Corporate requirement, with data integrity and effective controls in place.
  
• Serve as Finance partner to SVP, SEATH & Regional Wholesale and market GM, and a core member in SEATH& Regional Wholesale leadership team to lead regional and market finance to drive delivering of PVH+ Plan by giving advice and direction on financial strategy.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate period end close, preparation of 3-year plans/PVH+ Plan (long-range strategic plan), annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and ad hoc management analyses and reports as requested.
  
• Oversee financial planning and analysis to support CK and TH business of SEATH & Regional Wholesale, including Sales, Gross Margin, SG&A including marketing expense, EBIT management.
  
• Provide counseling and financial direction to SEATH & Regional Wholesale leadership team to drive a strategy partnership. Provide relevant analytics and insight to support decision making process including identifying opportunities and risks and recommending solution / action plans.
  
• Drive monthly financial estimates (P&L and balance sheet), deep dive on actual result and manage in-year business performance thru business action plan setting and execution. Optimize the forecasting process and continue to improve forecast accuracy.
  
• Review, identify and implement ongoing process and financial / management report improvement to drive for consistency, process simplification and efficiencies.
  
• Lead and develop SEATH & Regional Wholesale Finance team, coach team members to be sought-after partners for business functions including Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:

• 7-8 years working experience including at least 4 years managerial experience ideally US listed companies (due to familiarity with financial processes), preferably from branded multinational of Retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  
• 3-5 years team management skill
  
• Big 4 background is preferred
  

Skills:

• FP&A expertise with forward looking vision
  
• Excellent presentation and communication
  
• Excellent in PPT/EXCEL, know Essbase /SAP
  
• Excellent English and Mandarin speaking and writing
  
• Familiar with US GAAP
  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting related majors, MBA or above will be preferred
