The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting and dealing with all matters related to BS / E&M services installations and assist and support the Building Services Inspector in monitoring the site work progress and standard of workmanship of the BS / E&M installation works.

Requirements:
Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; or

At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; or

Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; and

Three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building service and E&M installations;

Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard

Experience with Arch SD project is an advantage
