Job Description
主要職務：

通過電話、電子郵件和Live Chat解答客戶的查詢
了解客人需要，為客戶提供超越期待及高質素的服務體驗
處理日常文書工作及輸入有關客戶查詢及銷售等資料。

職位要求：

香港中學文憑考試/會考或以上程度
能操流利廣東話及一般英語
熟悉電腦操作，Microsoft Office及中、英文打字
積極主動，熱誠有禮，負責任感，細心謹慎
具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧

工作時間/地點：

每週工作3-4天 (包括星期一至日及公眾假期)
每天4-8小時 (上午09:00至晚上 20:00)
時薪 $65-$70
尖沙咀區
