Responsibilities of the Intern - assist Category Managers to:

• Provide administrative support to
  • Support data gathering and analysis for Category initiatives
  • Support making spend analysis for the Category Managers
  • Support supplier classification process in FDL
  • Manage contract archiving and tracking
  • Manage saving reporting and tracking (i Manage)
• Support supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication as required
• Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes
• Support implementing Labor Services Category strategy by providing administrative support to global MSP program implementation

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Having active student enrollment in Business or similar in Hungary
• Excellent understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
• Project management and change management experience is an advantage
• Availability: min 24-28 hours/week
• Previous sourcing or negotiating or legal or labor services experience is an advantage
• Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.
• Hybrid / Home office based in Hungary
