About the role
We are rolling out Dynamics 365 F&O to all our offices worldwide. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our Dynamics Centre of Excellence team to provide 2nd level support.
The Dynamics D365 Support Engineer will be part of our global team of specialists.

Key responsibilities:

• Support D365 FO users across multiple locations;
• Liaise with business stakeholders on proposed solutions;
• Work with ticketing system;
• Identify and document key solutions;
• Work autonomously and ask for help when necessary;
• Work with different groups in the project - specialist users/end users, business analysts, regional and central management and developers.

Key requirements:

• Working experience in AX (AX 2009, 2012 or D365) or Dynamics 365 F&O in the Finance and Project modules preferred;
• For promising candidates with good business knowledge and strong motivation to develop but missing DAX expertise, we may consider applying, but finance and accounting knowledge is a requirement in that case;
• Financial accounting knowledge is an advantage;
• Good Technology knowledge i.e. MS Office, ERP systems;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders on a global scale through multiple communication channels;
• Accurate, precise and able to work in a dynamic environment;
• Organized, disciplined and with hands-on attitude;
• Team player.
