Doctoral Study Administration Expert

We are looking for a Doctoral Study Administration Expert for a full-time position (40 hours/week) to join the University Doctoral Office (Corvinus Doctoral Schools) at the Corvinus University of Budapest. The University Doctoral Office is responsible for the administration of all doctoral programmes at the university.

About the role

Full Neptun administration for students: enrollment, issuing official certificates, student ID administration
Follow-up of the fulfillment of subject requirements, issuing of the absolutorium
Signing training contracts with students
Organizing meetings of the Doctoral School Council, preparing presentations, keeping minutes
Complex handling of doctoral pre-defense debates both in person and online.
Full organization and management of the admission procedure, the comprehensive exam and public academic events of the doctoral schools
Customer service (also online), providing information and assistance to students, professors, supervisors, sending out newsletters, maintaining address lists
External and internal correspondence, photocopying, scanning, file management, communication with other university organizations
Compiling content for the websites of the doctoral schools
User-level knowledge of Neptun, Dream Apply and MS Teams systems.

About you

You have a university degree
You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
User-level knowledge of the Neptun system
Confident knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stress tolerance and flexibility
Ability to work both independently and in a team
