Corvinus University of Budapest has over a 100-year-old history and is one of the leading universities in Hungary in Business and Management, Economics, and Social Sciences. We have around 11,500 students, of which, approximately 2,000 are international.

We are looking for a HR Generalist Coordinator for a full-time position (40 hours/week)
to join the HR team at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
Corvinus University is currently undergoing a transformation and you can be involved in shaping the HR strategy and participate in many interesting projects that we planned for the next few months.

About the role:
• Administration related to the start and termination of employment
• Keeping labour law documents up to date
• Preparing amendments to employment contract
• Participating in HR projects and process development
• Supporting HR Partners in the administration of pay increases and bonuses
• Change management in SAP HR module
• Assisting employees with HR-related queries
• Preparing reports
• Any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Elvárások
About you:
- You have got a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in the field of HR)
- You have got 3-5 years’ of relevant professional experience in an HR Generalist role
- You will be the first point of contact for employees, so you need to be a customer-focused and enthusiastic person
- You have got excellent verbal & written communication skills in Hungarian and English as they need to be used on a daily basis
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You are a solution-driven professional who takes ownership of his/her work
- You are proactive and can work independently
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP or equivalent) and experience in a large organisation or working as an HR Generalist coordinator will be advantageous
