What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator – Budapest


The core focus of the role is to oversee and facilitate the relevant supply chain operation for order fulfilment according to the distribution of goods through personnel and processes.


This should be completed through the following activities:

• Maintaining accurate and updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
• Supervise and organize sales orders/purchase orders
• Logging relevant data of logistic and order fulfilment into spreadsheets, specialized software and ERP system, SAP.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, service providers and clients
• Facilitate logistics of warehousing, transportation, and customer service
• Track product shipments, costs, and timelines according to the defined requirements
• Keep detailed and organized records of orders and stocks
• Prepare accurate reports and KPIs
• Create and maintain database and develop spreadsheets,
• Maintaining working processes and create/collect/provide shipping and supporting documents
• Ensuring all duties meet full compliance in Bunge policies. Tax, QFS, Regulatory and Safety
• Perform other related duties as assigned (incl. regular monthly closing, Intrastat reporting, etc.)

What you can bring to the role:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or relevant area
• Good communication skills written and verbal ( fluent in English)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP modules
• Knowledge of Incoterms and computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power-BI , etc. )
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience with ERP (preferably SAP) and business supporting software tools
• A proactive person with a taste for new challenges
