Elvárásaink

0-2 years of experience in 1st line customer service management (preferably in HR) or affinity to learn
Ability to work with data
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Work well in a fast-paced complex environment
Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
Experience with systems like Success Factors and Service Now are a plus

Pozíció bemutatás

Processing service requests on for example, hours and declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration, total rewards
Connecting data from various HR systems
Handling complex changes with standard deviations, processing them in the HR and time registration systems
Informing the employee regarding the question asked
Processing changes and corrections retroactively
Checking for consistency between the different HR systems
Having knowledge on data privacy and compliance
Continuously standardizing processes in order to transfer them from Tier 1 to Tier 0
Being responsible for clarifying the customer's needs and context (understanding the question behind the question), for both national and international colleagues
Knowing where the knowledge can be found within the knowledge management systems, or know in which department the question can be answered correctly
