The first Shared Services Centre was launched successfully in 2013 in the Netherlands (FSSC NL). In 2016 Friesland Campina has decided to expand its Shared Services concept by setting up a Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur for Asia and in Budapest to support its businesses in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa region. With the introduction of Shared Services, we moved from a complex, traditional 'back-office' structure to a streamlined operational, business process centric organisation delivering improved and consistent quality to our (internal and external) customers and consumers.

Elvárásaink

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an international organization and/or larger consultancy firm;
Shared Services experience is preferred
Proven knowledge and experience in managing project portfolios, programs
Bachelors or Masters in finance and/or business administration;
Certification in project management methodologies (eg. PMP, PRINCE2) and Lean methodology is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and project management skills, hands-on, accurate, pro-active and result oriented
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are critical, being able to navigate both with internal stakeholders (operational teams, Management Teams, Process Leaders) and external stakeholders like corporate departments
Ability to manage ambiguity and to quickly move from a strategic view down to individual project level detail and vice versa
Professional communication in English, writing and verbal, and able to work within different cultures
Excellent time and stress management; resilience
High degree of autonomy and organizational capability

Pozíció bemutatás

As Project and Portfolio Manager you have a critical role in the delivery of the center`s strategic priorities through the deployment of a robust project portfolio management methodology across the entire initiative spectrum of the center and also play a major role in the global PPM workstreams.

Develop, implement and maintain a portfolio management framework for GBS EMEA to assess, implement and track projects across the centre as well as reporting on key deliverables, in alignment with the global portfolio approach
Act as representative of GBS in the global Project and Portfolio Management BPO organization. Plays a major role in the global GBS PPM workstreams and thus will have responsibilities/tasks with a global scope and will be involved in driving the methodology across the centers
Facilitates the local portfolio board meeting, the project principals sessions with specific management team members, and is involved in project steering committees
Play an active role in the resource management process, helping to resolve resource bottlenecks and mediate between senior stakeholders (resource requestor vs. resource owner)
Plan and execute complex projects that have disproportionate impact on GBS operations, including the creation of business cases, managing business impact and on time delivery
Document key learnings from the projects to ensure that lessons learned are incorporated in upcoming projects in the spirit of continuous improvement
Coaches and develops project managers, and ensures an optimal development of project management expertise across the centre
