Italian speaking DX Product Manager
(Digital experience PM)

Location: Budapest, Hungary (with remote support to the Italian sites)

Project Overview:

The DX Product Manager will support PSG’s Italian sites in Ferentino and Monza, driving the successful delivery of infrastructure and manufacturing projects. The role requires managing projects according to scope, time, and budget constraints while adhering to GXP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of infrastructure and manufacturing projects at the Ferentino and Monza sites.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining strict compliance with GXP standards.

• Use project management tools to report and administer project work, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between the Budapest project team and the Italian sites, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Italian and English.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong consulting skills with business units and an ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of IT delivery in highly regulated environments (e.g., HIPPA, GMP, GDPR, NERC, or similar).

• Familiarity with manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently, managing priorities and driving results under tight deadlines.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is strongly preferred.

• A deep understanding of regulatory standards related to IT infrastructure in these industries.
