What success looks like in this role:

Location: This is an on-site position based in Budapest, Hungary, primarily at our Westend office and BPO (Kelenföld) locations .
Key Responsibilities
As a Facility Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our employees and clients. Your leadership will drive excellence in service delivery and operational effectiveness.

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors, covering building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Plan and manage office moves, additions, and changes.
• Develop, monitor, and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, including training vendors on work order and billing procedures.
• Process invoices, ensuring accurate cost center coding and alignment with budgets.
• Review financial reports, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures.
• Drive continuous improvements in facility operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as required to support the organization’s goals.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional who demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in facility management or a related field.
• Certifications: Facility Management certification is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facility management systems.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Organizational Strengths: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and plan work under tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
