The Finance One Stream EPM Manager for Cytiva will be an integral part of the broader Finance Systems Team, responsible for managing all finance systems and bridging the gap between IT teams, systems, and finance users.

As One Stream EPM is the most widely used application within our finance department, the Finance One Stream EPM Manager will play a crucial role in supporting One Stream projects and operations. This position will report directly to the EPM Leader.

This position is part of the Finance Systems team located in Budapest, Hungary and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do

• Continuously evaluate and support the on-going development and delivery of the Cytiva One Stream system, review performance, upgrades, interfaces, development and maintenance needs and deliver these for the business using best practices.
  
• Maintain strict SOX compliance for Cytiva’s One Stream and ensure industry standards and best practices are followed
  
• Support Period Closing, Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Financial Planning & Analysis and maintain current and relevant user training so that users are trained on the optimal use of the system
  
• Develop effective collaborative working relationships with work stream leads across the Cytiva IT and Finance organisation including managing external software partnerships.
  
• Create awareness of new and upcoming features which will enhance the functionality and performance of the system leading to operational improvements for the long-term.
  

Who you are

• Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of EPM Systems development, maintenance and improvement
  
• A bias for action, with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also to roll sleeves up and get into the detail and delivery of financial projects.
  
• Able to challenge all areas of activity, especially elements that ‘have always been done’ and recommend new approaches to meet financial objectives.
  
• Assertive, decisive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections - and yet flexible around change and comfortable with ambiguity; a quick and agile learner.
  
• Degree in Business, Finance, IT or similar discipline
