• Preparation and completion of management information through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
• Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Responsible for various administrative and organisational tasks.
• Able to communicate and pre-qualificate on complex issues to meet business requirements and avoid escalations.
• Management, improve and control of different adminstrative processes.

• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

• You have very good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• You are fluent in English and German.

• You have very good administrative experience, attention to detail , ensures accuracy of data, provides data for processing of information.
• You are able to prioritize and work independently.
• You have very good communication skills.

• You have commercial thinking / understanding.
• You have a technology affinity (eg. Sharepoint expertise, Visual Basic, Office 365 Apps)
