• Working with the logistics teams to ensure that export paperwork is correct and complete
• Classifying IT products to establish licencing requirements
• Providing guidance to the sales team on exporting
• Monitoring Computacenter’s SAP ERP solution to ensure compliance
• Working with the team to improve Computacenter’s trade compliance processes
• Administering Imports and Exports to ensure that Computacenter maintains accurate records.

• You are fluent English, additional language French, German, Dutch, Flemish can be an advantage
• You have at least 3 years experience in an Import/Export adminstrative role
• You have experience in Customs procedures
• You have familiarity with customs paperwork including Commercial Invoices, Customs declarations etc.
• You have an understanding of product classification
• You have experience with ERP systems preferably SAP
• You have knowledge of Incoterms
• You are experienced in dealing with internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain partners and Customs authorities
• Knowledge of AEB software is desirable
• You gained experience working in a multinational team.
