Join our Credit team in Budapest and advance your career as a
Trade Credit Insurance Analyst
In this role You will:
Bad Debt Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing bad debt customers submitted for TCI and third-party collection.
Bad Debt Reporting: Perform provision calculations and reporting for the designated market.
Invoice Processing: Process and accurately code invoices related to TCI and third-party collections.
Payment Allocation: Track and allocate incoming payments from insurance companies and third-party collection agencies.
Case Management: Follow up on active insurance cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain ERP and other credit control reports, focusing on TCI and bad debts.
Data Verification: Monitor and verify modified master data to ensure accuracy.
Query Handling: Address and resolve queries related to TCI and third-party collections
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular contact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Support Senior Analysts: Assist Senior Analysts and the Team Leader with projects, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other analysts and team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to procedures.
What You will need to be successful:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade credit insurance, credit control, cash collection, or equivalent.
Proven experience in trade credit insurance, credit control, or related fields.
Good understanding of credit control procedures and trade credit insurance.
Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and other relevant software.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
