Job Description

• Ensure and increase customer satisfaction levels as the first level of contact.
• Support associates who do not have system access managing their requests related to HR administration topics while respecting service level agreements, statutory laws and operational policy.
• Support the front office managing associates' requests via email or telephone.
• Forward complex questions to the HR Service team responsible for the topic.
• Record required information on the Shared Service Framework and process system entries in SAP-HR on time.
• Handle and sort official documents from employees (e.g. printing and sending documents/certificates, collecting hard copies, getting signatures, sorting and ordering documents, scanning, posting, archiving documents physically).

Qualifications

• Ongoing higher studies on a full-time basis in Hungary
• Communication level English language skills
• Experience in HR is an advantage
• MS Office user level knowledge
• Work at least 30 hours a week for at least 6 months
