What will you do & learn?

A bit of everything! During your HR internship at Genesys, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in Hungary across various tasks. You will gain exposure to the entire employee life-cycle, learning and growing through hands-on experience. We will expand your responsibilities with new and exciting assignments as you develop, maximizing your learning opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Support the onboarding process of new employees, including organizing necessary documents and participating in local induction programs.
Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related queries, ensuring everyone feels supported and included.
Contribute to HR administration by maintaining personnel records, processing changes, and handling key documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, immigration-related paperwork, and health and benefits administration.
Be responsible for organizing English and Hungarian language classes, promoting language inclusivity.
Assist in coordinating and organizing HR workshops and events with a focus on inclusivity and engagement.
Contribute to employee well-being initiatives, including organizing team-building activities that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
Maintain and update HR systems, including running reports to help inform inclusive decision-making.
Support ad-hoc projects and HR tasks across the EMEA region, contributing to the team’s collective success.

What You’ll Bring:

Actively pursuing a BSc/MSc degree in Economics, HR, or a related field at a Hungarian university.
Available for 20-30 hours per week for a duration of at least 8-12 months.
Expected graduation date no earlier than January 2026.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
A curiosity-driven, self-motivated attitude, with an interest in learning and growing within an inclusive environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset to help inform thoughtful, inclusive HR practices.
