Italian Speaking Credit & Collections Analyst (Budapest)

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for finance? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Credit & Collections team. What you´ll do:
  • Managing client accounts receivables portfolio and credit lines through a proactive collection of debts and reminding customers of their due payments mainly via email and phone.
  • Sending balance information, statements, and invoice copies.
  • Keeping customer database and accounts up-to-date, registering and following up cases (i.e. contact information).
  • Managing relationships with customers, partners, and car rental stations.
  • Cooperating with departments in the BSC and in the countries.
  • Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea-sharing within the team.
You should apply if you bring:
  • Near-native level of Italian and Advanced knowledge of English (verbal, written).
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in collection, accounts receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Analytical mind-set, logical thinking, and accuracy.
