Currently, we are looking for a person to join our Marketing Department for the position:


Marketing Coordinator
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis for the local market to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to define local goals and refine marketing strategies that align with local business objectives.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team to orchestrate specific actions and tactics across all marketing dimensions for the local market, including digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
  • Ensure the best in class adaptation of the central marketing assets to the local language and business needs (including SEO optimisation)
  • Support the central marketing team with the specific knowledge and guidance on the local media landscape, publishers, events, associations, etc., participate in the local executions.
  • Manage local media relations and requests.
  • Leverage data to monitor and measure campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and refine strategies to maximize results.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, technology, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating effective project management skills and the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong understanding of the Hungarian media landscape, including key players, channels and industry events.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing and public relations tools.
  • Native Hungarian language with robust knowledge of the Hungarian market and IT industry.
  • Fluency in English (C1+)
  • Proven track record of success in driving results and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for marketing innovation
  • Availability in CET timezone
