Short description
We're searching for an experienced, innovative, hands-on Marketing Director to spearhead and expand our client presence in Hungary and across South-East Europe! This role involves crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to enhance market share, build brand awareness and ultimately drive revenue for their diverse portfolio.
Tasks
-
Develop and lead a local and regional marketing strategy for multiple brands.
-
Guide the international growth of select brands, supporting local market teams in product development and strategy execution.
-
Oversee product launches, packaging and brand communications, ensuring seamless coordination with production and sales teams.
-
Lead and grow the marketing team, managing cross-functional collaboration with agencies, media planning and campaign tracking.
-
Conduct B2C communication, content creation and plan events, campaigns as well as CSR activities.
-
Provide reports and analysis to performance, optimize strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
-
8+ years in marketing within FMCG background.
-
Proven "marketing expert" with a comprehensive knowledge of tools and trends.
-
Leadership experience, including media planning, B2C marketing and social media expertise.
-
Solid background in FMCG with insights into market trends and consumer needs.
-
English proficiency, innovative and adaptable approach and strong team management skills.
