As a Talent Marketing Partner, you will be at the heart of our talent attraction strategy, actively contributing to our mission of attracting diverse, top-notch talent to ensure business sustainability. Reporting to the Global Lead for Talent Marketing, you will be part of a global community of Talent Marketing Partners and Specialists within the Global Marketing & Programs team, working closely with stakeholders from your assigned business area, hiring leaders, and People & Culture colleagues.
In this role, you will support Roche’s purpose of “Doing now what patients need next,” by crafting engaging marketing strategies to position Roche as an employer of choice and creating a unique candidate experience. You will lead Talent Marketing initiatives for the EMEA region, collaborating with the Group Function business area to attract high-quality and diverse applicants while building sustainable talent pipelines.

The Opportunity:

• Talent Attraction Strategy: Develop and implement innovative Talent Marketing strategies tailored to the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with Roche’s talent attraction goals and business objectives.
  
• Branding & Candidate Experience: Position Roche as an employer of choice by enhancing our employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience through various digital and traditional marketing channels.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders, People & Culture partners, and global Talent Marketing teams to understand hiring needs and drive effective, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  
• Diversity & Inclusion: Embed DE&I principles in all marketing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool and create an inclusive candidate journey.
  
• Data-Driven Approach: Utilize analytics and insights to inform marketing decisions, track campaign success, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business outcomes.
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in either Business, Marketing, Communication with experience in Marketing or Communication. Background in Recruitment or Employer Branding is an advantage but not essential.
  
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Analytics.
  
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and consult with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Ability to see the big picture, translating business needs into impactful actions, with experience in Agile methodologies.
