PMO Officer
for our partner (major bank).

– CBS Project, Project Management Stream –
Focus: Support of Delivery Domain

Responsibilities

• Delivery Domain Support from PMO side
• Tracking and managing tasks for professional teams
  
  • Project creation, preparation, planning and control.
  • Continuous contact with multiple areas within the bank and professional leads.
  • Reporting project status, preparing progress reports to management.
  • Preparing and escalating quality assurance and decision making.

Competence description

• Experience in project management area
• Experience in banking environment
  
  • Deep knowledge in MS Office package
  • JIRA, Confluence experience

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
  • Comfortable with English communication (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving skills
  • Team player

Advantage

• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodology
  
  • Hands-on JIRA experience
  • Graduate qualification to degree level in IT, Business or a related discipline
  • Excellent information technology skills
  • Excellent administrative and analytical abilities
  • PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner certification or equivalent
  • ITIL certification

Location: 13th district, Budapest (Hungary); 3 days onsite + 2 day HO per week
