Tasks:

• Developing and operating quality management system elements as defined by GMP and relevant regulations, in alignment with company guidelines.
• Collaborating with the global organization, implementing and supporting computer systems that assist operations.
• Preparing for regulatory inspections and audits, participating in inspections and audits, ensuring the area is always audit-ready.
• Collecting and analyzing quality performance indicators (e.g., CAPA, deviations, complaints) from various systems, and proposing improvements.
• Creating local quality management system (QMS) documents (e.g., SOPs) and implementing corporate SOPs.
• Participating in group-level quality assurance processes and representing local quality systems.
• Conducting training sessions and supporting training processes to foster a quality-focused organizational culture.
• Managing local archiving systems and conducting self-inspections.
• Supporting the quality director, authorized personnel, and QA team leaders, while maintaining professional development.

Your profile :

Requirements:

• Higher education (in the fields of pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, veterinary medicine, or biomedical engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
