• Is responsible for coordinating escalation activities of critical quality events including but not limited to initial assessments, Health Authority communication preparation and approval and support in product recall coordination.
• Is responsible for management of critical quality events impacting the Local and Regional Quality Departments.
• Is responsible for the preparation, approval and follow up on timely submission of health authority communications related to the critical quality events.
• Is responsible for requesting Medical Risk Assessments in regard to critical quality events and for providing the needed quality information and data.
• Monitors and tracks the escalations of critical quality events to ensure the quality events are resolved in appropriate timeframes and updates are provided in a timely manner.
• Supports management of Quality Council activities throughout the Region (review monthly reports, supports correspondence between the site Council Leads and Global Quality).

• At least 1 years working experience in quality assurance. Solid knowledge of EU GMP. Laboratory and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Good communication and Writing Skills. Ability to write, review and maintain Quality Standard Operating Procedures and documents.
• Good organizational skills for tracking and reporting duties are also required in addition to basic computer skills.
• College or university degree in chemical, pharmaceutical or medical field.
• At least B2 level of local language (Hungarian) and English and/or German.
